Please take the time to have a read through our policies. We have these to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible so we can provide the best service for our clients as well as our therapists. 

Appointment Policies

  • Being a mobile service, we cannot guarantee arrival to the minute. Our therapists have a buffer of 20 minutes either side of the appointment time, so if you need to be finished by a certain time, please let us know in advance.
  • For lash appointments, please ensure that you have cleaned your lashes prior to your appointment and that you do not have any makeup around your eyes. This will ensure that your lashes adhere properly and last longer.

  • Allergies and Reactions – If you have any allergies or have had a reaction to any products or treatments in the past, please disclose this prior to your appointment. We want to ensure that we use products that are safe and suitable for you. If you have any kind of reaction you need to let us know as soon as possible within the first 24 hours to ensure we can safely direct you on what to do next. 

  • Children and Pets – Pets and children are welcome in appointments, but please ensure that they will not be in the way of the therapist. We want to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both you and your therapist.

  • Lash refill appointments will be charged at full set rates if there is less than 20% of lashes left. This is to ensure that we have enough time to provide a full refill.

  • We are happy to refill lashes that were done by another salon. However, please book our ” over 14 day refill” slot to allow us enough time to work with the existing lashes.

Payment Policies

  • Cancellations and No-Shows – Mobile Beauty Co requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full fee of the service.
  • Deposits – We do not usually charge any deposits or booking fees however Mobile Beauty Co. reserves the right to charge a deposit for larger bookings or bookings that require further travel. The deposit amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to the client at the time of booking.

  • Payment – Payment for services is required on the day of your appointment and can be made by card in your appointment. If you prefer to pay by cash, please ensure that you have the exact amount as our therapists do not carry change or cash on them.

  • Modifications and Cancellations – Mobile Beauty Co reserves the right to modify or cancel any beauty treatment service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to illness, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such a modification or cancellation, we will work with the client to reschedule the appointment as soon as possible.
  • General – Mobile Beauty Co reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these policies.
